I used this clinic once to board my dogs. When my dogs were returned to me, one had a bloody nose and no one would tell me why, the other had feces all over her legs. All three dogs smelled so bad, I had to roll down my windows on the ride home. I dropped the dogs off on Saturday afternoon, around 2 pm and picked them up at around 3 pm on Monday. I was charged for three nights. When I asked why I was being charged an extra day, I was told that they had my dogs the majority of the current day. I have never seen a kennel charge like that, they charge for the nights that the dog is there, not "the majority of the day". My dogs are my children and I will never subject them to that place again.
