I followed Dr. Minor from another clinic and I am very pleased with his new staff. They are friendly and helpful. When I have had to reschedule an appointment because Dr. Minor has an emergency, he has offered to come in early to accommodate my schedule. Dr. Minor has taken several of my dogs thru some bad times. I don't think I could find better care anywhere else.

Cardinal Animal Hospital has recently changed management...new Veterinarian, and new staff. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I would follow Dr. Ben Minor across the state to have him look after my dogs, and followed him to Cardinal when he took over in January. He has gone above and beyond on many occasions to give the best care possible to my English Mastiffs, and has been and continues to be one of the most reasonably priced vets I've ever dealt with. The staff is great, and know who I am whenever I call. They always ask about my dogs, and everyone has to come & say hi & give 'em scratches and treats when we're there. Dr. Minor went to great lengths to get my latest mastiff to trust and accept him, as he is a rescue with a bad abuse history and a dislike for men in particular. Dr. Minor spent a lot of extra time with him until he accepted him and didn't try to bite him whenever he got too close. Now he goes to Dr. Minor without hesitation!

The facility is clean.....that's where it ends. Most of he staff is rude and one in particular is exceptionally rude. I'm new to the area, so I gave it a shot, but I'll be going elsewhere for now on.

poor bedside manner, lack of compassion. my dog was a patient for over 12 years and got ok care but he was always healthy. when he died 3 days after a sick visit,the dr. did not acknowledge or loss in any manner, with a call, card, anything. also my pet's cremains were ready in the office but sat there for days as I mourned and waited and the office did not even attempt to call me to inform they were ready to be picked up. I would never take another animal here.
