The vet techs are not there to help you pet but to sell you every vaccination under the sun and they use guilt and pressure tactics to do so. Overpriced. Waited for 25 min for appt. Daycare/kennel is poorly run. Kept my dog on the other side of the fence from the groop for 8hr to temperment test - so she went for daycare and had to watch other dogs play all day. They encouraged her to go in their pool full of stagnant smelly water. When picked up the dog was wet and smelled bad from the water, clearly stressed. Dog came home and drank a full dish of water and was limping. Was supposed to be a fun day for the dog not a punishment. I wouldn't use this vet/daycare/kennel if they offered their services for free.When O complained they didn't seem to concerned just wanted to be paid.

They are ALWAYS thoughtful and so compassionate! I would never take my pets anywhere else.
