I've been a veterinary healthcare professional for 40 years, most of that time spent behind the desk at veterinary clinics. But when it came time to find a new veterinarian for my cats, I did my homework, visited many websites, went into the veterinary practices near my home to see the facility and meet the staff.
I had to take one of my cats in to have her ears examined as I had bathed her and cleaned her ears and thought that the cotton tip of a qtip had come off and was lodged in her ear. She also needed some repeat labwork done from her previous vet visit elsewhere.
I was greeted warmly on the phone when I called to make a new patient exam appointment. That warm, friendly feeling continued during check in and filling out paperwork (some forms are available online so that you can fill them out in advance, very nice!). I saw Dr Learman and she did a thorough physical on my kitty and found no evidence of the cotton tip and she proceeded to briefly clean the ears while we chatt

They are kind of expensive. The place is nice. The one doctor gave me a vibe that she didn't really care for animals, like she was afraid to get a dog hair or drool on her. The office manager was standing at the front and greeted me when I came in but his smile was fake. I would not go back. That's just my opinion.
