do not take your animal here, especially if it doesn't like doctors. Dr. Vernon walked in with attitude (after first scaring the poor young technician who had to weight the cat) will first lecture you then throw a towel over the cat's face. Of course the cat will go crazy. But he will say its justified because the record says its a grumpy cat. He even had them call with a made up emergency to try to get the appointment moved. And he was very quick to see me off to another vet. Incredibly condescending, ready to pick a fight, always had to be correct and no concern for the animal or for the owner. Other staff are helpful and facilities are well maintained. Doctors are not customer service oriented.
