I waited an hour for the vet to come in once. Also, the place is pricey, and they don't tell you in advance what you will pay. However, the vet knows his stuff. He comes off preachy and long-winded at first, and not particularly touchy-feely, but in time he warms up. Also, he just wants you to understand EVERYTHING about what is going on with your pet. Just let him tell you what he wants to without interrupting until he has finished.
