Dr. Marion's staff is always pleasant and patient with clients. They listen carefully to what you tell them about your animal's illness. While the facilities don't exhibit the fancy, suave style of some clinics in Northern VA for example, I like them because I know my money is not going into things like upholstered waiting rooms and fancy ceramic tiles or wallpapers. My dog doesn't care whether the walls are painted or wallpapered! They are very busy but if it appears that they will be slow, they give you plenty of warning sometimes before you even leave home! I feel that sometimes that certain drugs are too expensive, that I can get on-line for a better price but I suppose we are paying for the convenience of "one stop shopping" The two veterinarians are very attentive to what you say and what I like most they consider you a partner in your animal's care, and treat you that way, considering other options you might offer up as part of a solution to a health problem. Terrific!
