Extremely expensive. Basic services are so overpriced, I can't imagine anyone being able to afford them.

The prices have risen so much over the last 2 years that as the owner of 3 dogs I cannot afford to use this clinic. I found that the Humane Society on E. Lancaster does everything for very reasonable prices and some for just a donation if you can afford it. The staff and vets there are great too!

Excellent until they became affiliated with VCA and later built a new multi million dollar clinic. Already high costs went further through the roof. science diet (a poorly rated food) is pushed on pet owners every visit.

Long, long waits. Prices here are unbelievable. I took a pet in for allergies..exam, antihistamines and an antibiotic = 297.00 bucks, get real! There should be a "horrible" option for rating staff. Clinic manager is a totally rude and does not care about clients or their pets. Bob Bearden is a great doctor, so sad that he is in the VCA lair and has such horrid staff.

Prices skyrocketed again. Dr. Bearden is great, his staff is not. They openly gossip and argue in front of clients. Sadly, the brand new multi million dollar facility is not being kept clean. Shame on the staff. VCA has a bad reputation.. It's just sad that such a great vet as Bob Bearden is even associated with VCA!!

I loved this clinic until it became affiliated with VCA. Now they recommend unnecessary repeat visits, prescription foods (that they conveniently sell), and lots of lab work. Strange that the same blood tests I had done on myself were cheaper than my dog's blood test.

I use Dr Bearden. He is the best. You can tell he loves animals by the way he handles them and he is always looking out for their best interest. I will always use him with all my pets. His staff is great too! When my German Shepherd got sick he came in and cared for her. She had been poisoned. I got her back the next day and she was so much better. I think she actually liked going to see him after that!
