They are extremely vague and not very good at diagnostics. Vet kept recommending more and more tests that cost big $$$! No progress, very sick dog, Freed stinks!

We have gone to Freed's for about 25 years - with several dogs. The loudest statement I can make is that our dogs love going there. We feel comfortable that they are getting quality care. One of our dogs has some fairly serious health concerns and as a result we often receive phone calls checking on her - that's good service and customer care.

Nice facility but very crowded. Had to wait for 45 minutes in a loud lobby. I felt rushed when we were finally in the exam room. Nice staff, but so-so service. A little expensive
