New to town, I was told this practice was a good one. It may have been when one of the two original partners was alive. I paid to see a vet three times, but was given to a techinician. (who also does the dog grooming!) So a exisitng condition is not serviced in my animal. If the head vet who shows is traveling, you never know who may be your doc. Not terrific.

I requested and was given a cost estimate for my dog's routine check-up and immunizations, but after the exam, I found that they had charged me for extra tests without asking me. The assistant I dealt with was very unhelpful. The staff seems to think that customers should just pay whatever they decide to charge without question. This is why we switched vets.

Dr Silverlieb is a wonderful, loving and caring doctor. My little dog and cat feel comfortable in his care.He will not overreact to an emergency, but treat it in the best way possible.
