The absolute worst of the worst. Purchased dog food ($80.00) a bag and my dog wouldn't eat it. Was told SEVERAL TIMES by the doctor to return it and when I DID they refused a refund. Called FIVE TIMES for over a week to speak to the doctor about food portion as it pertained to the new food as well as her prescription for heart worm meds. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Asked for the corporate office contact and the rude receptionist refused to provide any information. Was told since there was an incident, meaning after driving the normal hour to return the food and pick up the script i refused to donate or throw away $80.00 dollars worth of food and accept their decision.. I was told my dog's account was now inactive which basically meant they refused to treat her again or give me a prescription for her heart worm meds after charging me three hundred dollars for shots and heart worm testing. The absolute worst vet clinic I have ever been to....

I regret taking my dog here. We thought she had a blockage in her intestines but tthe doctor told us she had an infection and sensitivity to food even though he told us she passed some plastic pieces in her stool.They held our dog hostage for 10 days until we had the full payment(which I have since learned is illegal) because it was our first time there. He gave us antibiotics and sent us home. 3 weeks later we took her to another vet who said the blockage in her intestines was rotting and even surgery wouldn't save her. The antibiotics only prolonged her suffering. We trusted Angel animal hospital with our dog and she is dead now. The vet there told us it was not his fault. We paid $1200.00 for our dogs suffering to be prolonged. If you love your pet don't go here.

11-11-2017 - Exceptional service. The Doctor's medical advice, financial compassion and final bedside manner could not be superseded. That includes the consideration of other vets in the area. My dog is no longer suffering, due to their wisdom. My deepest thanks & hopes for prosperity!

I have been using this clinic for over 15 years for all of my rescues as well as my own cats. I have always received knowledgeable, caring treatment for the animals. The vets are always thorough in the explanations regarding the treatments and possible outcomes. The staff is friendly and caring and take good care of the animals while in their care. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic.

Dr Sekhon and his staff are top notch. Whenever we've had an issue with either our dog or cat they've been extremely helpful and understanding. We actually switched vets over 8 years ago and have strictly dealt with Angel Animal Hospital due to how they've conducted themselves. Dr Sekhon has never pushed expensive treatments on us, but laid out our options and educated us on each one. It's obvious that Dr Sekhon and his staff truly do care for animals and always have their best interest at heart. For those that have written negative reviews, I'm not sure if it is coming from grief or the fact that having a healthy pet costs money, sometimes a lot of money. Dr Sekhon has always done his best to minimize costs and offered alternate treatments before having to pursue more costly measures. I love my pets dearly and would never take them anywhere else. I've recommended A.A.H. to everyone with pets, in my mind there's no better place, and the staff have the biggest hearts. They are #1

Been dealing with this clinic for 10 years now and I am satisfied.
Dr. Sekhon has always been professional (which we care about) and good toward our pets (the critters sure care about that), which has meant helping them at times and unfortunately euthanizing too.
The only issue we’ve had was when Dr. Sekhon was out of the clinic and another vet was replacing him. We definitely did not get the same level of care until he returned. I guess that is the downside of dealing with a one vet operation.

I have taken 5 animals to this vet and have always had nothing but amazing care from Dr.Sekhon and his staff. Lisa and Michelle are amazing and have always taken the time to listen and check up on our animals. Dr. Sekhon had even come back after leaving for the day to treat one of our animals. When I had to have my Golden Retriever put down he let me lie with her for over an hour with no pressure of freeing up his room. Most of my family uses this vet and I would with complete confidence recommend him to all my friends.I say if you DO love your animals take them to see Dr.Sekhon.

This is the worst place I have ever brought my dog into.When I brought my dog in because he had a nasty rash all over his tummy. I spent over 400dollars on tests which apparently did not show anything. I switched the vet and went to another one who referred me right away to another vet. I spent 300 dollars and my dog is now completely healthy. I had this rash for about a year because that vet could not figure out what was wrong. They really dont give a darn about any animal but just want the money. I wish they would close down so many animals don't have to suffer just like mine had to suffer from a severe food allergy!

Against my advise my brother bought a puppy off an add on Kijiji, from a lady who took her puppies to this vet. He met her in front of this clinic where she apparently had the puppies vaccinated and dewormed. A day and a half later, this puppy started throwing up and defecating live worms. He was extremely lethargic and would not eat. I stayed up with him for four days, continuously in and out of my own clinic for SQ fluids as he was severely dehydrated. According to my vet, he was also only four weeks old. I called Angel animal hospital for clarification, as their paperwork stated he was already vaccinated and dewormed. The rude receptionist there let is slip that it was her sister who sold the puppy to my brother and that it was not her problem. I told her that the fact that their clinic marked vaccinations and dewormer on his record , they are accountable, especially if he is only four weeks - not only does this animal hospital condone animal cruelty - they falsify medical records!

I purchased a puppy from someone who took them to this clinic.She had 9 puppies who were not being fed by the mother.They told her to bottle feed the pups and neglected to show her how to use a straw or even to use one!Needless to say she drowned 4 pups before she went to another vet who was shocked that she was not shown how to do the procedure.Based on this I would never use or recommend this vet to anyone EVER.REMEMBER saving $$$ by going to indo-canadian vets may cost you your loved one.I for one will not be going to mine any longer...

1st time I took my dog there they seemed very good, though the vet suggested tests I felt unnecessary for my dog slowly dying of a muscle disorder. next time, I sent my dog in with my retired mom(I had to work) to get a cost on having her canine tooth pulled because she was biting through her lip(due to her disease) and the vet(Dr Singh) told her he thought she had cancer and needed a bunch of tests, puling on heartstrings to gt her to agree. $500 dollars later there was nothing wrong and he sent her away with a $500 quote to get her teeth cleaned. Refused to discuss why she was there in the first place. I calmly called to get the one test cancelled and to tell him I was displeased and he said (and I quote) "I did not hold her hand to the paper and force her to sign." he said only thing he could do was give me 20% discount on cleaning her teeth (the dog is dying remember). Then he said he did not need to listen to a complaint from me and hung up on me!Ripoff artist just wants your cash

I got a new puppy and took him to this vet and had no problems.Dr.Sekhon was very nice and was really great with my puppy.The staff is really friendly and really helpful.I got my puppy's shots done and I got him neutered there and Dr.sekhon did an amazing job.I've had other animals and took them to different vet's and non of them were as welcoming or friendly as this one.

This clinic has horrible vets. My 3 month old puppy went there for her first check up and he told us that we needed to start brushing her teeth as there was "plaque and tater" buildup. But if he was knowledgeable he would have used he medical brains and thought of distemper. The a month later we we told to get her vaccinated, so we did and now my poor puppy has distemper and had has seziures. Very heartbreaking that this could have been prevented with a little closer look or even a simple blood test. I have absolutley NO FAITH in any of these vets at the clinic. They havent even called to ask if my puppy is ok or anything, she almost died at the hands of their careless vets. They let children run around the place while animals are being examined and they got my spouse to hold our puppy on the xray table as they took xrays..not safe. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone that loves their pets as much as we do :)

Our family is very disappointment with Doctor Sekhon. He performed TTA surgery on our large dog. Within a few days the incision site burst open, exposing the bone and titanium plate inside the leg ! Our very kind local vet made arrangements with Dr Sekhon to perform an emergency repair surgery that same day. The staff are rude and incompetent. Charged deposit, made us pay full amount, then refused to process refund for the deposit. Dr. showed no sympathy or caring for the dog, who was in a lot of pain. Before we left the consult area, the dog was already on the operating table, tubes down his mouth, with the door left wide open for all to see. Dog was sent home with leg in splint. On day 2 he chewed a hole through his cast. Our trusted local vet diagnosed a major infection of the leg, high risk of losing the dog ! Dr Sekhon's office refused to give us his contact email so we could not get in touch with him. Local vet had to deal with the fall-out of this guy's handy-work. (continued)

I had no choice to go to this vet cause i bought a kitten from a pet store who deals with free vet checks here. This vet was very very money hungry. He wanted us to get unnecessary testing, he treated my kitten like**** and didn't comfort her, pulled her eyes back, stuck a thermometer up her butt and let her just run around didn't hold her or anything. He was very uneducated. He told me to not hold my cat, and forced me to wash my hands. and just made me shove her back in her cage. The receptionists didn't have any clue on what customer service was. If you want to save your money and your pet distress, dont go here. Im NOT LYING. I will bet you my life you will regret it. look at all the other reviews..... i was not shocked when i read them.. and you will be here writing a bad review too. its nasty whalley. really what do you expect.

This vet almost caused my 1yr.old puppy to loose her leg. We brought her in with a terrible broken leg, he did surgery on her twice charging $4000. as he says the screws were loose! The plate he put in her leg was digging into her siatic nerve for 3 months! I questioned him several times & mentioned that looking at the xrays looks like it was digging into something!!! Plus we originally told him not to do that particular surgery in the first place, but he did it on his own accord causing the dog nothing but pain & her leg was not healing correctly. After a second opinion, an emergency surgery was done to correct his damage. Her leg was saved & she was no longer in pain. Do not use this clinic!

I recommend this vet. It is great they help out the surrey SPCA and explain a lot of care even letting me see the wax build u in my pups ears. They take the time to listen and give the best possible care for your pets. They charge a reasonable rate.

Had my dogs ears taped up and the methods he used ended up damaging his ears. My poor little guy was in so much pain that I had to undo his work myself because he wouldn't take responsibility for it.

Dr Sekhon and his staff are amazing, we have been with them since he opened his hospital, he has always been accomidating and you can tell he loves animals, unlike som other clinics I have seen. We are unfortunatly moving out of province and I hope to find a dr that cares for his patients as much as dr sekhon has cared

This animal hater should be shut DOWN! I took my poor kitty there when she was having a hard time breathing, he was rude, unsympathetic and had no IDEA what he was doing. He did 400$ in test and came back to me saying he still had no idea and to come back when i had more money for more tests. ALL he wants is money! He was so rough with my kitty when he KNEW she couldn't breathe.. Then he yelled at me when I wanted my file to take to another vet!! Don't ever bring your animal here if you love your animal..

My regular vet was already closed for the day so had to take my dog here. They are only out to get money. She had a problem with her dew claw and she got her nails clipped (they sedated her because she wanted to eat him) = $250.00 Not only that but they butchard her front nails. After we got home I noticed there was blood all over her front paw and all the nail ends were red. If you are a professional Vet, you should know how far to cut without making them bleed. They also prescribed unnecessary pills.

Staff & Doctors are very caring and take the time to know the owners and pets. They have cared for 3 of my cats and two dogs and do their best to keep to appointment times. If you have a pet who is suddenly taken ill they will fit them in explain your options and give their recommendations. They give the very best treatment possible, and I have been very happy with their service. They saved my dog's life, and have helped when we had to make the sad decision to put one of our cats down. I highly recommend them for their caring support and fabulous staff.

I have been using this vet for awhile now and am just realizing how incompatant they really are, for one they dont contact u when they are supposed to when trying to keep shots up to date, they are also very rough with the animals and quick to judge the owner. You ever think you might be scareing the**** out of them and thats why they react the way they do, get a new job!!!!

I took my cat there when it appeared that he had eaten something toxic. He couldn't move. We tried to save him; but, the vet handled him very roughly when he was unable to defend himself. He dropped his head on the stainless steel table and didn't seem very concerned that my cat was dying. He just kept repeating that they closed the office shortly. I would NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone who loves their animals.

i have been going to dr sekhon since ive had my pup three years ago. i have had no problems with him or his staff, i have also taken my other daschund pup there as well, both have been fixed by dr sekhon. i have not had a bad experience, my appts have always been prompt. the staff has always been coureous and never rude, so it concerns me when i see negative reviews, but to date i have had no complaints with this vet and would not shy from recommending them.

The staff and Veterinarians at Angel Animal Hospital ALWAYS make us feel like what ever the problem with our pets might be we together with them are going to try to find the problem,they make us feel like a part of there family,all our animals love going to the vet.im so thankful for Dr.Sekhon and his staff.You are wonderful.

I've been going there for 15 years - 2 dogs 2 cats my family has also brought their pets, NEVER had a bad experience, on the pricey side yes but always top notch care and caring - costs vary from vet to vet anyway see Dr. Sekhon he's the best!

They butchered my pups tails and then said they would do them over...forget it.They also offered to amputate my pups leg he was 6 days old and u cant do that because the iv is too small to fit in the vein at that age anbd it was going to cost me over 800...when he would have passed away anyways....rip offs. and the vet is never on time or even in the building when u make an appt for early morning...always an hour late!!!!NEVER go here if you truly love your pet!!!!

I took my Airedale and my friend took her chihuahua when they first opened for business. It was a horrible experience. He treated the dogs very rough and used heavy duty suede gloves to handle the chihuahua, he couldn't get a grip on the dog and the dog jumped, injuring his leg when he hit the floor. The vet didn't even extend an apology and blamed the owner for the accident. Also, quoted me a price for removing a lump from my boys chin, after the surgery the price went up $200.00 from the original.

I used to take my pets there.....it shows here that they have after hours emergency??? NO THEY DON'T!!!! My dog's spleen was ruptured, and I called to take him in. 4 DAYS later they returned my call!!!! I had to take him to a STRANGER (another vet) and had to have him euthanized! STAY CLEAR OF THIS VET! They LOVE to take your money...but when it comes to your pet....they DON'T CARE!!!

I worked for a pet store that took animals there and it was awful! Most times they returned animals to us still sick, and they were most often rude on the phone, and that's to an extremely regular customer! To make matters worse, when I was there one time to bring in a sick kitten, they had a large DEAD dog in the middle of the exam room they took me to. When my sister (who had driven me) went to pet the dog (thinking it was asleep) the assistant said "Oh honey, it's not sleeping, it's dead. We euthanized it last night". Then what was it still doing there the next morning?

I brought my cat to be neutered to a vet in Delta, and no one was there, I came to this clinic soon after no one showed up for my original appointment and the Angel animal hospital graciously accomodated us, thank you all so much!!!! I will recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone who needs a great vet!

The staff and veterinarians at Angel Animal Hospital have been wonderful. I brought my cat in after she had been treated by another vet and was still sick. They were kind and helpful supporting me in my decisions, and rather than jumping straight to euthinasia, they tried everything to make her better. I have been so pleased with the service, and they actually made me feel like they cared about my pet's health, rather than just making money off of needless treatments. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, caring veterinarian to care for their pets.
