I highly recommend you take your animals somewhere else, if you love them at all. The LACK of quality and care that is given by Dr. Kinkead is that of a doctor who is in a hurry to get you out the door. Please do not leave your animal there, especially if you have had them put to sleep and ask them to take care of the body, they will be thrown in the garbage dumpster, instead of being mass cremated. They charge you a fee for cleaning and disinfecting cages for animals that board, when they do not clean the cages daily or even give them clean bedding unless they have urinated or defecated on them. That is not my idea of taking care of our beloved animals. If your idea of quality care is allowing your animals to be treated and boarded knowing that snakes, mice and spiders are infesting the building, then this is the place. The lack of caring, knowledge and cleanliness is appalling.
