I have been taking pets their for several years and like two doctors quite a lot. However recently took a pet in and in one visit - without asking, warning, or seeking permission for extra tests - they ran up close to $1000 in charges. New office staff there is remarkably rude as well. I don't even want to call there as they appear to resent any question or task. I feel like a mark there.

Turned away my neighbors dying dog for patients with an appointment who were not dying. They had been taking their pets there for at least 10 years and no one cared that they had an emergency. They were turned away. They refused to see them. Their beloved dog is now gone and the vet that they thought cared turned their back on them. They won't ever go back and we will never ever take our animals there either. They are as heartless and shameless as the denist who brutally killed and beheaded the lion for $55,000. Don't go there because when it really counts this is how you can expect to be treated.

They have built a lovely building. Clearly they have to pay for it somehow. Be prepared to pay for possibly unnecessary tests to help them pay for it. Dr. Withers and dr Becky are the ones to see.
