I have very high praise for this animal hospital. Dr. Newfield correctly diagnosed a problem with my dog that another clinic had missed and performed emergency surgery that saved my dog's life. I will always be grateful for his fast action and skill. I've had good experiences with the other staff there also.

Dr. Newfeld - all the Dr.s and staff are outstanding and provide exceptional care. We have been going to this clinic for several years and our pets(dogs) and us have been treated very well.They are very patient, kind and the top in the field. I have referred many friends and associates to this clinic. Thank you for all you do

I agree with the other comments that Dr. Howe is fantastic. He treats my dog well, seems so diagnose well, and is personable. The problem is I can never seem to see him. I always get Dr. Newfield. My dog does not like him and he does not handle my dog well at all. I am not about to lay on the floor and handle my dog for a vet. Either they have to put him on a table or the vet will have to lay on the floor and do it alone. After a few tailed behavior incidents I now always get Dr. Amy. She is no better with my dog, walking in yelling HIIIIIIIII and getting my dog all excited. Also she does not diagnose well and treatment offered by her failed. The last time I called the office on a Thursday for an emergency appt they told me they were booked for the week. I am really thinking of switching. Is Dr. Howe reserved only for the North Oaks people? I wish I had known this before I came here. Really disappointing.

Dr Howe is a great doctor!! He really takes the time to answer all of my questions, and is very good with my animals. The facility feels clean to me and the staff is friendly.

The building itself needs remodeling. Its not that old of a building, however its obvious everything is cheap. The back area is clean, but empty, which only a small counter space, and a big, open treatment area with one table. The boarding is nice, and the care takers are very nice and pleasent. Dr. Tripp and Dr. Howe are the vets that I like to see, they really take the time to help your pet. Plus, theyre very knowlegable too. The staff is friendly, however a bit disorganised due to the cramped space they work in. Overall, i love this clinic. Id love to see it remodled, but I am very pleased with brining my animal there.

This vet botched a surgery performed on my dog. Then neglected to reimbure the $1000 I paid for it. I called the Dr. and he was a jerk telling me wrong information and basically calling me a liar. Horrible NEVER take your loved pet there.

The vets were great, but the front office staff is not very organized. They have lost my dog's chart twice.
