Extremely knowledgeable and caring. Staff is excellent and courteous. Received high quality care and information and the vets were willing to work around cost which was really appreciated. Highly recommend.

We just had our first visit to Dr. Chan, and are very impressed. She is very thorough and her analytical abilities are very sharp. She explained why a blood test is appropriate to check on the possible spread of our dog's previous cancer, rather than more expensive and invasive measures. Another item, less serious but illustrative, is that our 10-year-old dog had a rear tooth that had been apparently broken a long time ago but never discovered by our previous vet. (This can have serious health implications but not in this case.) Dr. Chan was recommended to us by a specialy clinic after our dog's cancer treatment. They know who the good and bad vets are from the medical treatment background of the animals they receive, and their recommendation proved to be accurate - she's great!

I was very disappointed with this doctor. After my cat had received unsuccessful testing and treatment at another office the Media City vet performed some of the same tests the last vet had done 3 months earlier. These tests were completely unnessary and cost me $300 I could not afford and the doctor still couldn't sure my cat's problem. I am now looking for a new vetrinarian---this will be my 3rd vet for the same issue.
