Long story short- When I came in for my appointment the vet barely looked over my paperwork and told me the shots my dog needed- which were WRONG. When I told him I think it was a different set of shots my dog needed, the vet interrupted and insisted that he was right until he glanced over my paperwork again and told me it's only one shot my dog needed. When I called back the next day (which I was told to do) to find out about some skin scrapings the vet had taken I thought while I was on the phone with him I should ask about one more shot I thought my dog needed. The vet proceeded to yell into the phone so loudly my mother could hear him from across the room. He kept calling me "little missy" and asked what I wanted and why I questioned everything he does. I was on the brink of tears and when I asked him not to yell he told me to find another vet and hung up the phone. I never met such a crude person in all my life and will never come here nor advise anyone to come here ever again.

I have been to this vet several times. The staff is all knowledgeable, the wait is minimal and they always let you know how long you will be waiting. The doctors are very nice. I had a dying baby corn snake go in, and they did everything they could for the little thing. The snake died, and they wrote me a letter to send to the people I got my snake from stating that I was entitled to a replacement because the snake was sick when I got it at no extra charge. I also took in my cat that had an abcess and was about to give birth (she was an adopted feral) and they did a fantastic job making sure my cat was ready for the litter, and still had the abcess taken care of. Never met a better group of people. Also helped lower vet cost because I'm a student. Very kind, very helpful, and genuinely concerned. The facility is small, but very clean as well.
