Excellent about working in an ill pet. Doesn't try to sell items or services. Conservative approach to illness, will refer to specialists if appropriate. Excelent at explaining will he is looking for and what it means. Staff makes your pets feel special - mine love to go there. We've been going to him since 1990. People we've referred there are still going there - my son drives 30 miles to bring his pets there.
