We are always waiting for a doctor to see us. Its like they don't even care. The one vet tech didn't care about our dog, he just pushed her down (she's older). The office manager checked us into a room and just took our dog back ( only for a lyme and lepto) and ended up doing way more than was actually needed. When i proceeded to tell her she never told us that we needed all the extra stuff she just said that she did go through it ( which was a lie) The only one person I liked they fired. i would suggest anywhere else. Its just to expensive, too slow, and too nasty. RID: 54260
Click to report rating    3/11/11   5     5     5     1   The vets are very caring and will spend a great deal of time evaluating and getting to know your pet(s). They tend to want to test for the worst case scenario, however, instead of trying to resolve issues easily and inexpensively. As a result they are EXTREMELY expensive, and will refer you to astronomically expensive specialists. For instance, my 12 year old cat had a wellness exam, "senior" bloodwork done (as well as urine and fecal matter tests) and a rabies shot, as well as an antibiotic shot for a tooth infection, and the total was nearly $500. I was referred to a "pet dentist" because they were unwilling to extract two of the cat's teeth, though they told me they had the ability to do so. The pet dentist they referred me to was laughably expensive, so I went to another clinic to have the cat's teeth removed. Although they care a lot about animals, I am unwilling to pay thousands of dollars a year in pet expenses. RID: 23478
