They are the worst animal clinic that I have ever been too. Staff are non professional and all they want is your money. They killed my puppy about 3 years ago....

Dr. botched spaying. Had to bring cat back with bleeding 2 weeks later. Had an appt. Was kept waiting 2 HOURS. Was told that I was called in office several times. I sat there & was NEVER CALLED.. I will never go back there again!

No real concern or animals... just after the all mighty dollar. Took feline with sore hip to this place, next day eye swollen and cat really sick. Took same cat to AVS in Maitland.. possible collapsed lung, infection of urinary track, few other items also. They did complete workup on her for half the cost of JYPAH. JYPAH is terrible and expensive, your animal is in more danger going there then treating them via the internet info. I wouldn't take an animal that I was going to put down to this place.. I want my $450 back too

terrible service. Place is packed, unclean (dog**** in the parking lot, all the way to the entry way). Staff did not listen when I said my dog did not need rabies shot. gave him rabies shot anyway. When I complained, receptionist got rude and sarcastic. Dr. spent less than 2 minutes with my dog (this was a well pet exam as well). I had to hold my own dog for the "exam" and the shots. Vet tech administered the shots. Not very concerned about anything, did not even weight him. Did not ask me about exercise, hips, nothing. Terrible Dr., terrible place, terrible service. You are better off going to Animal Control or the ASPCA than to this place

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had! The staff is rude and the doctor is even more rude. I brought my doberman puppy in to have her ears cropped and she was sent home sick, with little instruction, no creams or ointments and with her ear taped down! When I called for help I was talked to like I was a child and told that if I wanted to speak to the vet I needed to make an appointment so that it would be convenient for him, NOT my puppy. I am now paying even more money to have an already expensive surgery repaired. It is not in the best interest of your pet to visit this veterinarian.
