Animal Hospital of Lake Mary's staff are fantastic, vibe is good and the clinic is clean. My dog is very happy when she's. The doctors and everyone there take their time and explain everything. I recommend them for eastern and western therapy. Won't go anywhere else!

Place is horrible. Went once. Every staff worker and even the vet were either obese of severely overweight, yet they felt themselves qualified to be health care professionals. They try to sell you everything under the sun. Female vet with a tattoo! seemed very mediocre. Place gave me bad vibes. It's a clip-joint. Avoid it!

My Doctor there is Al Nunez. He is absolutely EXCELLENT. He is a doctor that really cares. He is a hollitic vet and VERY knowledgable. He will spend time to talk to you and explain/answer anything you would like. My dog had what I believed was stones b/c thats what another vet told me. I explained to the doctor that I wanted to do everything possible to avoid operation. I heard he did animal accupuncture so i asked for that. He flat out told me that would not be the answer after two weeks of tests and thinking out the box and placing a tube/cathader in my dogs **** for a week. We discovered it was an error in his metabolism that caused crystals to form. In the end he prescribed me a medication and NO SURGERY. The staff there is SO friendly after one day they were calling my dog by name. Not only did they follow up call so did the doctor, and for several continuous days . Doctor AL really gave a peace of mind and I consider him a friend just as much as a doctor. The staff there always

This vet misdiagnosed my dog. My dog was coughing and hacking, the vet said he was just having problems with the weather, and to give him some Benedryl and robitussin. Not satisfied with this answer, I took him to another vet to discover my dog has a grade 5 heart murmur, and the coughing was caused by his trachea being closed due to his enlarged heart. Animal Hospital of Lake Mary was also quick to want to have my dog back in for a teeth cleaning (without even looking at his teeth)
