Brought a healthly dog into this clinic for a ROUTINE wellness checkup. Doctor never asked about the dogs living conditions. Doctor tacked-on about 5 unnessary tests for a dog completely healthy without letting client know FIRST what the charges would be for each test. By the time my HEALTHY dog's routine checkup was finished my bill was $300 !!! Dr. Johnson will gently recommend all sorts of unneeded vaccines & tests without telling you costs (silently making you think it's included) then hand you a big FAT BILL from hell. His average "test" and vaccine are almost $28 a PIECE!!! He charged $27 to expell my dogs anal glands which should be included in the visit. It takes FIVE SECONDS to expel an anal gland. $27??? I left $300 poorer and THEN he didnt even give her the rabies vaccine. He said "we will schedule that later", ensuring ANOTHER vet bill in 6 weeks. OMG I am still crying over this manipulative clinic. Routine checkup=$300 WITHOUT rabies vaccine. Better be rich to go he
