They railroaded me with a $71.00 Office Visit & $77.00 for Euthanasia. Could have left but pet was suffering. My Vet and 3 others had no avail but A.V.A.H. did. Recep asked for pet details, I said it was sort of a 2nd opinion. My Vet’s next test would've been a Thyroid Test (Hyperthyroidism) but to test for anything this Vet at A.V. recommended as pets situation was dire! Also stated I couldn't get pet in to ANY Vet sooner because I was poor. In Exam Room, Tech comes in, asks questions (I exp. above), does HR & Pulse check. Tech leaves & returns with a paper explaining O.V. Fee of $71.00 & Thyroid Fee of $70.00, Ttl of $141.00 & a place for me to sign. I THREW $150.00 CASH up on table & signed paper. Vet comes in & discovers a large abdominal mass & diagnosed cancer. I opted for euthanasia due to pets suffering. OF COURSE, they brought in new paper to sign stating $71.00 O.V. & $77.00 Euthanasia, of which I signed. Their Normal O.V. Fee is $46.00 They absolutely refused a refund!
