I second this. I have been to Gateway and another Vet affiliated with them, Best Friends Animal Hospital, and only had negative experiences. They are Rude, show lack of concern, calls customers and makes false accusations, unprofessional, doesn't take injuries into consideration, overall... bad place to take your animal. Seems as though they only want the money and could care less about the well being of your companion.

Been going to this vet for almost a year for my three dogs, and have never felt that the vet truly cared about the welfare of my animals. The was serious lack of communication, and I felt that making money was the ultimate goal of this practice.
