On more occasions have had dogs get so bad, because of delayed or no treatment resulting in the death of 2 dogs. Had the owner knee my disabled dog and knocked her down, because she put her paw on her while she was excited. I had a dog that had 6 teeth removed, who was also disabled and no one attended to him afterwards. I had to. The owner made me take him home before he was recovered, because she didn't want him to die in her facility. 5 months later she ignored his infection, wouldn't treat it and he died 2 weeks later. Most of the staff are not friendly. If your animal has a problem and need some payment plan to save your animal don't bother to take them there. They will say sorry, money first the animal comes second. I asked for a payment plan once and the owner told me she was a business. That told me she doesn't care. Sometimes things happen.
