Insist on seeing Dr. Ron. If you're able to see him, you'll be fine. He's a A++++ Vet, that cares about your pet, and will provide the best care around, hands down. If you get stuck with Dr. Pritchard, (cough,cough), you might as well look elsewhere. She's interested in racking your bill up and is less like a veterinarian, and more like an old librarian that is interested in swatting your hands with a ruler if you don't fall in line with her demands or agree with her plans.
