Yesterday while driving with my sister a little orange kitten was hit on Harrison just up the road from Fords Prairie vet clinic. The little guy was still alive and still fighting. We quickly drove him to the vet clinic and because he was a stray and we didn't have the money to pay them. They wouldn't even touch him. They had no compassion for this little fur baby. We ended up driving him all the way to the Olympia animals services and they took him without question. Sadly he was put down because he had to many injuries, but I thought people should know that Fords Prairie doesn't seem to be a good vet. When knowing there was nowhere close to take the kitten to save him. ( it was 4:02 when we got to the vet and the no kill shelter was all ready closed. ) You know how a community treats its members by how it treats the ones that cant take care of themselves and I would never take one of my animals to a place that was concerned more about money than about the care of an animal.
