Click to report rating    6/15/20   1     1     1     1   Wanted a base line blood test for my 1 year red heeler. In the future years we would be able to compare his blood test.I was notified the lab had botched the test. I was also told that I would receive a credit for the botched test. 6 months had past by. I brought in my other dog for a rabies shot and exam. New office manager in charge now. She would not honor the credit. Eventually she gave me a $20 credit. The botched test cost me $180. I would recommend to anyone to drive to Colville or Deer Park. I reside in Chewelah.. They are an odd group there.. RID: 69315
Click to report rating    5/31/19   1     2     2     1   On May 6th I brought my kitten into the vet for a broken leg. The dr recommended an xray. The vet Lisa called me back.to look at the xray. The vet took 4 xrays and showed me the distal tibia was bent. Vet recommended a cast due to the kitten only being 6 weeks and it should heal well. On 5/20 Smokey got a cast change. A new cast was put on . 5/29 I called the vet because his cast came off. The vet insisted on another xray which was 2 more xrays. The vet stated it is healing but slightly bent and that she will put a soft wrap on but the foot will be petmanently bent. 2hrs after the wrap came off and my kitten was in pain hobbling around. I wrote a complaint online and receieved a response from.the clinic stating I was advised of the potential harm to the foot with a splint and that I declined surgery. I went into the vet clinic and had copies of all the records. No mention of surgery or potential harm to his foot due to a cast. I have spent 500 and my kitten is still in pain and limping RID: 68078
