Great compassionate care for our cat . Took him there for 15 years. Very knowledgeable and excellent communication with us regarding care and costs . We ended up having to say goodby to our cat due to his age and condition. He was in his 20’s! The doctors were very gentle and showed great attention and compassion to us and our loving furbaby!

Great loving care for our cats! We have taken our two cats to Bay Hill cat Hospital for years. They provide exceptional, personal care for cat and owner. We found Bay Hill when our previous vet closed four years ago and are quite happy. We always feel welcomed and comforted that we are receiving great care. They tell us our options and cost before providing service.

I have taken my cat to Bayhill Cat Hospital for years. Today was the last time. Not only has the service decreased in the past months but today the clerk disrespected me by speaking to me like garbage. She was argumentative and aggressive. I no longer have confidence in your facility’s ability to care for my animal. Over time I have referred many clients. As a matter of fact I started reading online reviews and realized this is the standard of care. Sadly this used to be the most wonderful cat hospital. I feel the clerk today would benefit from a class in customer service.

Saw our cat on short notice while we were vacationing in Orlando. Cat had eye problem that had started to ulcerate. Very painful. Each person there from techs to Dr. Morris was very nice, helpful, and handled Elvis very well. Excellent care and service. Costs very reasonable. Elvis doing much better now!

Everything the other negative reviewers have said so far is true. This cat hospital is not what it used to be. Dr. Diane Delmain was a wonderful, caring, compassionate individual who had superior knowledge and expertise about cats. Now, the practice seems to be more about making money. And another thing - the office itself looks horrible. They chose the most depressing, dreary colors for the walls. Maybe a minor complaint, but I feel that the colors are symbolic of the more drastic changes that have taken place in the past few years.

This facility changed when the company dismissed the original veterinarians. It now appears to be more about making money. The main veterinarian does not seem to be as caring as the previous ones.

It is all about the money with this vet. They order expensive and extensive lab work and then don't treat the results with what is needed, antibiotics, unless you pay them for the medications. If you want to use your own pharmacy they say your cat really doesn't need it and let's just wait and see, but bring your cat back for another visit and we will repeat this expensive lab work. Because of their money driven attitudes, my cat is the one who suffered and then I ended up having to take him to an emergency vet on a Saturday night and I must say that I basically paid less for emergency treatment including blood work, urinalysis, glucose check, fluid therapy, antibiotic injection, and anti nausea injection than what I paid Bay Hill Cat Hospital where my cat didn't receive any treatment. I am contacting the board of veterinarian medicine and will be making an official complaint. I came to this hospital because I just lost my other cat in June due to a medication error from The Cat Hospit

Do not take your cats here! Pet Partners got rid of the only feline specialist that worked at Bay Hill. Dr. Mundschenk is not a feline specialist. Expect to pay big bucks for treatment that is not even specialized.

This used to be the best hospital for cats. However, the corporation that owns it, Pet Partners USA, removed the veternarians (Dr Diane Delmain & Dr Scott Delmain) who established the facility and provided excellent medical & surgical care for cats for 16 years. Now it appears to be a profit-driven business. We can no longer trust that our cats' best interests will be the primary focus and so will be taking our cats elsewhere.

Great veterinary care for cats. The veterinarins are extremely knowledgeable and skillful in addition to being kind, caring, and compassionate to cats and owners. The staff and facility are excellent.

Drs. Diane and Scott and their Staff are simply the best! They are gentle and caring to their patients and their families. They know how much we love our "fur kids". All cats should be lucky enough to be cared for by Bay Hill Cat Hospital. I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else.

The care is excellent. Dr. Diane Delmain is board certified to practice feline medicine. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. If your cat is your child, you should definatly take them here!
