My experience today has changed my opinion on this veterinary hospital. I took my cat, Tigger, in at 8 am for evaluation and tests as she was very lethargic and meowing in pain. She passed away 3 hours later. They charged me $477 for the procedures and tests they had done. If I owned this clinic I would dismiss all charges in situations like this or at least offer a large discount. She was only there for 3 hours! I am heartbroken at losing her. And to top it off having to pay almost five hundred dollars seems ridiculous to me. They should have extended some sort of long time client courtesy in this situation. I have taken all my pets there for the last 12 years! I am now going to find a new vet for my other pets, one who cares enough about the families who suffer the loss and not one who cares about how much money they can charge you for a pet you have to bring home in a box!
