I went to Dr. Berry a couple years ago when my chameleon showed signs of a sinus infection, Dr Berry was incredibly dismissive and claimed it was just a scratched cornea and gave me some baytril. The antibiotic helped with the secondary infection but the sinus infection continued to get worse. When we went back for a follow up I heard him telling someone else their dog just had a scratched cornea. Seems like they're going around! The assistant tried to take my chameleon from me by lifting from the top which nearly injured me and my chameleon. We ended up going to a better vet down in Kirkland who was able to proper diagnose my guy and found that the infection was antibiotic resistant by doing a smear, he got us the right meds. My reptile lost most use of his eye because of the delay in proper treatment due to Dr Berry not listening to me in the first place. (I don't know everything but to be brushed off like he did is not acceptable)
