Definitely a clinic you want to avoid. Unnecessary tests and procedures are recommended. Not unusual to be put in a room and wait another 45 minutes. The treating doctors makes you feel like an unsympathetic pet owner if do not agree to the testing (blood work and x-rays). They lure you in with a low estimate than shock you with the final bill. I was told the initial estimate was only for the first day. Of course they also like to use "your pet had an emergency" situation! Another way to raise your bill. I would highly recommend staying away from the clinic. After several years, I finally left and that is when I realized how much I was being taken for by animal Hospital of Newport Hills.
