Yes, the prices may be higher, but you pay for what you get. With VCA of Kent, you get a caring staff and Vets, who are willing to give your animals the time they need to feel comfortable with them. I have tried one other vet and found my dog got the worse care ever. I went flying back to VCA in a heartbeat. My dog (an American Bulldog) love Dr. Redmen and you can tell Dr. Redmen is a vet for the love of the animals, not for the money.

Visited only one time when I couldn't get in to my regular vet. The reason for my visit was to get a health cert & brucella test for a **** being shipped for breeding. The receptionist, after clarifying that I wanted a health cert and brucella test, asked if the **** was spayed! Vet was friendly, prices were higher than my regular vet and facilities were basic.

We've been taking our cats here for 16 years. It used to be Moffat and Minnick Animal Hospital, but the name has changed. It's all the same staff still, though. We were worried when the ownership changed, but the service and the prices seem to all still seem be the same. They're definitely a cut above the other hospitals in Kent, and seem to do a better job with the medicine. Mostly we go for the staff, though. It's nice to see the same faces year after yeart - that's got to same something about the hospital right there.

Took Chino here for the first time ten days ago. We saw Dr. Olson for the first visit, and Dr. Redman for the second. Both were wonderful with Chino, and took the time to explain things to us, as well. Our last veterinarian in Covington has been treating Chino's ear infection for six months, and they never got better for long. Dr. Olson did a culture on his ears, and found out that our vet had been using the wrong antibiotics for the infection that he had. The doctors and staff were all very caring and nice, and they got me in for an appointment the same day when I told them how uncomfortable Chino was. I've already asked to have my records transferred. When we saw Dr. MJ Redman yesterday for the recheck appointment, she spent just as much time as doctor Olson did with us. I'd recommend these guys to anybody in a heartbeat - they were wonderful.
