My dogs' trainer referred me here because of my rescued rotties' issues. They have really been fabulous! They listen, they help, they're informed and they're compassionate. The people are simply the best. The facility isn't super fancy, but it really is clean, so that's OK. Mostly, though, it seems they concentrate on the quality of the service they provide. They flex their suggestions to match my preferences (e.g. natural medicine vs. chemicals), and really try to form a relationship with me and my pets.
