I have been using this hospital for over 20 years, and I have always been impressed by the knowledge, compassion, and competency of the staff and doctors. All things change over the years, and Ballard has only continued to be innovative and progressive while, at the same time, retaining a receptive and inviting environment. It may not be the most modern facility, but the staff is incredible, supportive and appreciated.They have taken care of six dogs and four cats over the years and I just won't go anyplace else.
