Click to report rating    11/22/13   5     5     5     5   I have been going to Julia Leese for OVER 15 years! Shes an Amazing Vet, VERY fairly Priced and SUPER busy. Its too bad there at bad ratings because she doesn't deserve them. Shes a great, vet, surgeon and person. Ive had her do everything from spays on cats to surgery on my horse. Would prefer not to go anywhere else! She IS Busy that's the only problem, its sometimes hard to get in. RID: 48387

We called this vet and were told to bring her in as soon as possible, when we arrived we were told that the dog would need to stay overnight, vet has yet to see the dog. When asked why we were told that the vet was busy and to have the dog seen we would need to leave her and the vet would attempt to see her tomorrow, but no guarantee. Leaving our dog overnight would mean she would be sitting in an unsupervised cage overnight and the vet would try and see her tomorrow if she had time. Needless to say we left, but the staff member we had been speaking to made it a point to be as rude as she could when she loudly said to us “have a good night”, we are holding our sick dog that they won't see unless we give them several nights boarding. Click to report rating    7/15/10   1     4     2     1   Less than impressed with Dr. Leise. Seems way too busy to do her job properly. I asked for microchips and vaccinations during the neuter. Didn't happen. Guess they forgot... I also asked her to check and make sure his mites were gone. She didn't do that either, and they weren't gone, I found out a week later. On the pre-neuter health exam sheet she checked that his heart was normal, which it isn't. He has a heart murmur, but she didn't check the "murmur" box, leading me to believe she just checked normal on everything without actually doing the exam at all. When I picked him up he was severely lethargic and drooling excessively. I've had over 10 dogs spayed/neutered and have NEVER had this reaction. All other vets allow the pets to recover from anesthesia first. Both times I've gone in she's "forgotten" to do something that I've asked. Some of the front desk staff is rude and condescending. Would never go back to this vet. RID: 18804
