My ratings are simply to counter the two existing ratings because my experience was very much the opposite. I came crashing through their front doors at 4am, screaming like a lunatic and looked like a slob. A slob, as in I wasn't even wearing shoes (mid-december). Three hours later, treatment done, they printed my $1500 bill, which I paid on my way out the door. They had no way of knowing, and never asked, whether I was good for it or not.

The front desk staff is surly and acts bothered if you have ANY question for them. The veterinarians and techs are competent and the facility is state of the art. My sister who is obviously financially well off was treated like a queen when she brought her cat in. When my husband and I approached this clinic on a Sunday morning with a suffering, very ill dog, we were treated like vermin. We had very limited resources to help our beloved pet of 15 years and had to ask some questions about financing her care. Now, I realize veterinary services are specialized and don't come cheap. We were not looking for a hand out. When these people realized they weren't going to make a lot of money off of us, they treated us with such disdain. I know veterinary medicine is a business, but there is just no excuse for the way these people treated us and our pet. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. I'm so glad that I have a voice here. If you can manage it, take your business to North Idaho.

People at the desk are cold, and uncaring unless you can pay the bill up front (manditory). Had to go there a few times and thank god I had care credit or they'd have turned my dog away to die! Had to watch someone else get turned away because he couldn't afford the bill up front and the dog was obviously in dire need. I thought veterinarians loved animals, but apparently they only see dollar signs there.
