If you care for your pets, don't bring them here. We brought ours in to have two teeth pulled as our regular vet doesn't do tooth extractions. This place wouldn't release their private fax # to another veterinarian to get our shot records. Instead they said we would have to get all our annual shots (which by the way are up to date) before they would see our dog. Sounds like a ploy to make some extra dollars at a dog's expense. I asked if they could verify by talking to the other vet on the phone that our shots were up to date, and was told no. Could they look at the shot records on my smart phone? No! Instead, they were willing to give our dog 3 shots (not needed) before she was given anesthesia to pull her teeth. Thank goodness I walked out after telling them they weren't working with me at all. Our other vet was more than willing to send records. My gosh, I've never heard of a doctor not accepting faxes. Don't want to slam the staff as it's the dang doctor's policy. Will not return!

Something happened to my cat there and he died. I took him there for vomiting;they kept him overnight and was sent home is a worsened condition!!! I tried to lift him to place in the litter box the next day because he could not lift himself. Two days later, he was rushed to the emeregency vet center and received gall bladder surgery and was supposed to completely recover. The next day he died. It was reported that there was traumatic bruising over his enter chest and upper back area that would be indicative of rough handling, dog injury or rat poison -none of which occurred prior to the night he stayed there. He began having difficulty breathing and fluid was found in his lungs before he died.

I was quoted a price for a cat to be neutered, asked many questions stating that we were a military family and made it clear that we were on a fixed income. They were aware that the cat was a stray. I made the appointment based on the quoted price. Upon pick up of my neutered cat, I was informed that he had been given the "mandatory" physical exam which was going to cost me an extra $26. No one ever mentioned ANY mandatory exams and I had the printed record of the Ft. Benning vet's recent (last week) exam which showed that he had a clean bill of health & was up on all shots. I politely asked the vet if he could discount the exam because I was misquoted a price. He became flustered & defensive. He said that he would discount the fee but informed me that I was NEVER to return to the clinic with any of my animals even in cases of emergency. When asked what I had done wrong, he said, "We don't want to deal with your kind here." What kind is that? In tears, I paid & left.
