We have been going to North Heights for over 20 years but things have changed now. It is no longer the friendly knowledgeable place it once was. We took our dog there to have them check a limp he had developed. They mentioned that it might be arthritis but would know better with a Xray. They did the Xray and said there was some arthritis. We paid for the Xray and office visit and asked if we could view the Xray. They would not let us see the Xray and said we would have to come back for a "consultation" and pay another charge for the consultation. Needless to say after many years at North Heights we will not be back. Extremely unprofessional and money hungry to say the least. We will find a better Vet to take our business in the future.

Absolutely horrible. The facility is cramped and dated, and the staff, especially management, have zero warmth, sensitivity and compassion for sick pets or their owners. All you are is a number (or an inconvenience) to them, and all they see is dollar signs. Be prepared to receive the same cold treatment by the receptionist, the tech, the doctor, and "the boss". We have had three pets there, and learned this the hard way. We will never go back, there are several other options in the Fox Cities that are 1000x better and more caring than these people.
