Changes in pricing--within the last 2 years--have changed the entire face of this clinic. The "what the market will bear" philosophy followed to the max and the pets be damned if the owners cannot afford these egregious prices. $51 just to SEE the vet, and anything else is astronomically extra. Example: 3 AKC small sized puppies at first visit, all from the same litter, same owner family: $153 just to take them in the office door. No 'special" or 1st time, or group rate. oh no. Bill was huge for basics. As to "State of the art" not even a large/lift table-large dogs are examined on the FLOOR. Recently hired office manager definitely reflects the new $$$ attitude. Even though they are supposedly members of CareCard, (3rd party low cost financing for high bills and surgical services) they don't TELL the clients about this service to avoid discounting the bills sold to CareCard - forcing owners to pay cash or use credit cards, regardless of the burden to the owners. SHAMEFUL!

Truly cares about their clients and their pets. Excellent vets, treatments, and state of the art diagnostic equipment right on site. Dr Janet is great and keeps her Hospital's focus on keeping pets in the best hands and uses the newest technology. I recommend Mint Hill Animal Hospital to everyone.

Great place to take new & old pets. They set you up with a Puppy/Kitten kit when you get a new one. Highly recomend!!
