When I called to ask prices I was told they had a puppy package and it was a good price. It was for distemper series, puppy exam, fecal, and deworming meds if needed all for around 45.00. I was impressed and I made an appointment. So we get there and the staff was pleasant and got us in the room but the floor was filthy. I thought my puppy was bleeding but it was just dried blood on the floor and there was fur all over the floor. They used an outdated vaccine for distemper plus she was too young to be vaccinated for distemper (which I didn't realize she was too young). When I checked out I was charged around 76.00 for my visit...that was way more then I was quoted and when I questioned them they said they dont have a puppy package and the girl that quoted me was sitting right there. They did nothing to it make right. Dirty+quoted wrong= Never recommending them and not going back.
