We have a new puppy but I can not believe this place is standard proceedured for the industry. Our first appointment they made us wait 40 minutes! To that they had every excuse in the book. We gave them another change on our next appointment 30 days latter. Well our fault this time it was 30 minutes late for the appointment. My wife this time mentioned it to the Vet instead of tghe front desk and again they all seem, to have it down pat with excuses. I am not sure why they feel that their time is more important than mine and my families but stay away from this place. History will tell you that two strike and you are out. Especially when their was no apology and nothing but excuses. If they ever take accountability for their actions only then will things change. Our vote for them is simply go somewhere else.

Excellent service. We have been dealing with a severe health problem with my dog over the last 6 weeks. They have been able to see my dog on an emergency basis a number of times when it was necessary. They have always returned every phone message I have left. The facility was remodeled this year, I've seen every part of it front to back, and it is all in great shape and perfectly clean. Much of there equipment is very new and has modern features (very high quality radiographs). They are setup with computer in the rooms now, so they can view x-rays and even check you out in the room so your not standing in a crowded lobby full of anxious pets. Both of the primary vets, Dr. Jeff and Dr. Randy are great to work with. The vet techs are excellent as well.
