Almost 5 months ago, my family lost our beloved dog, Ava, very suddenly. After extensive communication between our legal team, Dr. Maggie Regner, and her lawyer; we decided to not pursue further. Therefore, we are sharing our story with all of you.
Please note, ALL information is factual and we were given direction that we can share our story without worry for a defamation of character lawsuit.
Timeline of events:
7/25/2019: We brought Ava to Regner Veterinary Clinic, where she saw Dr. Walker, who examined her with our concerns. She recommended that we have a CBC run to see how her bloodwork looks.
7/26/2019: Dr. Walker called me in the morning to advise that Ava tested positive for exposure to Lyme disease. She recommended that we have Quant C6 test done to confirm if Ava tested positive for Lyme disease. We received medication to treat Lyme disease and get Ava started on a form of treatment to get her better.
8/1/2019: Follow-up appointment with Dr. Walker. Quant C6 te

Affordable prices, there are much more expensive vet clinics in the area that do the same exact things. The staff is very knowledgeable, I've brought my turtle, hamster, and two rabbits to Dr. Kelly and she's always been very nice and truthful as to what needed to be done and what it would cost me. There clinic may be small compared to others , but their you are not paying an extra 15$ for each service to pay their electricity bills. I highly recommend Regner Vet for reptiles and small mammals and I'm sure they're just as good with dogs and cats.

I am disheartened that people use the internet to slander someone's name when there are two sides to a story. I have never met three veterinarians who have been more accomodating to getting our pets in, doing mobile visits for older or invalid clients, community awareness programs, and free services for the ploce and coast guard dog. At times they are really busy and I have had to wait, but I know it is becuase they have given another animal and clients the same attention I want. They are very repectful and very knowledgable. My opinion is that there is more to a story and it is a shame Dr. Regner and her staff can not respond. We love them and would refer them in a heartbeat!

The staff was not knowledgeable, rude, and did not communicate with us. My cat (an inside cat) had a bump on her leg they told us wait a week because it is probably a bug bite. We did and it was still there so we brought her back. They still thought it was a bug bite and told us to wait. Over a month went by and we were fed up and brought her back again. We had to twist their arm to get them to remove it. Guess what. It was a malignant cancer (Geez, your bad, huh?). So now they let it fester for 2 months on my cat. Shouldn't a vet know if something is a bug bite? Then we find out after that they didn't remove all the "suspicious" tissue and wanted to open my cat up again to remove the rest (of course charging us again). Also when they spayed my cat she got a bacterial infection (probably due to poor sanitary techniques) and had to basically redo it. They also charged us a second time for that. I am fed up with them and their incompetence.
