Almost as soon as you walk in the door, they start a never-ending sales pitch. You can bring your animal in for a specific problem but they immediately focus on other issues not related to the immediate problem. (ie; a ear hemotoma leads to shots, deworming & other tests unrelated to the ear hemotoma). They will insist that the preliminaries must take place before they will focus on the primary health issue. ---- They also mislead, fabricate and dramatize your pet's health issues. --- I paid $495 for the care of a sick cat. The cat died. They said (after the fact) that it was "a long shot, anyway".

Not pleased with how they run thier business. Threatening phone calls involving threats to take me to court and turn me into a collection agency not even a week after I had picked up my puppy. The staff had called my girlfriend threatening her as well and more than one of the staff had either lied or were mistaken in saying in a message that extra money was owed in the manner of $300 to $500. They also said that I was not able to make payments even though my credit was poor. I dont know what else I could have done.
