Click to report rating    8/8/09   1     1     2     2   We went in for Acupuncture. We went to a vet who seemed like he would be great from his lectures I attended. We went there and he didn't even greet my dog or act like he even liked animals. He treated my dog like a piece of meat. My dog fought the acupuncture needles and the vet's bedside manner was awful. He didn't calm my dog or pet her or anything. Then he double booked appointments. While he was in the room with me and my dog you could hear them paging him that "you're 3 o'clock is here" I was his 3 o'clock. I have never been to a vet that double booked. He was in it for the money in my opinion and not for his expertise. My friend's friend also went to him and he did not diagnose a cancer. My dog also had a skin cancer that he did not diagnose. He wasn't in the room longer than a few minutes and then ran out to his next appointment at the same time. Other vets have told me their clients were not satisfied either. RID: 13768
Click to report rating    3/4/08   1     3     1     1   This is an emergency hospital that had no one to read an ultrasound on a Sunday afternoon, waited until my dog's uterus burst to do surgery the next day 24 hours after we brought her in, and with little communication to me in the next few days, called me and callously told me my beloved pet had quit breathing....When we arrived to pick her up we were asked for more money, over $3000 in total....and were told to wait outside for our pet....No one talked to us and explained anything, and we got to stand outside and wait for a tech to bring our dog out in a box......They would not even bring the dog out into the lobby, she came out a back door.......I would never bring another beloved pet there and have heard many other people unsatisfied, including my regular veterinarian. RID: 7621
Click to report rating    6/15/07   3     5     3     3   This near-new facility offers the latest advancements in veterinary medicine. While my cat was being treated for cancer, I was allowed to visit him and received frequent updates on his condition. The staff wasn't overly friendly and seemed to push for unnecessary expensive treatments, though. Unfortunately, may cat was unable to "beat" his cancer, but I was impressed when this facility sent me a sympathy card. RID: 4583
