At one time a great place but has changed and not for the better. Agree with some of the comments on the negative side.

This clinic was highly recomeded by several people and I brought my beloved little girl here we saw Dr Bev Bateman, she was wonderfull with my precious little one, it was a great experience and Dr Bateman was great. She was kind and caring and very compassionate, she really knew her stuff. I could not have asked for better. I higly recoend this clinic and Dr Bateman.

Have used this clinic for over 25 yrs and remain very satisfied. Although there have been recent changes, I find the staff caring and working in the best interest of their clients. The staff was very supportive recently when my aged dog had to be put to sleep.

I have been a client of Eglinton Vet Facilities for many years, so have seen several changes...and have only the highest praise for the staff. The primary caregiver for my cats is Dr Bob Watson (aka "Dr Doolittle"), but recently whilst he was on vacation,my 11 year old cat became sick and Dr Bev Bateman & Dr Jen Hodges took care of him. Although the end result was very distressing, these 2 ladies showed great compassion and concern for both my "boy" and myself, and following his death, their phone calls of support were greatly appreciated. Since then, we have discovered that my remaining cat has developed kidney disease...and Dr Bev again has shown great care & concern. I thoroughly recommend this veterinary facility.

Brought my dog for bladder stones removal, the operation was lousy, not they didn't remove all the stones, they also caused a lot infection as well. When we brought the dog back repeatly because his condition getting worse everyday, they clamis that everything is fine and it just takes time to recovery, they even admit my dog for three nights and didn't do nothing to find out what is going with him. We finally brought the dog to another hosptail and they found the infections all over his body and had operation right away before it is too late. ( two operations for my dog within 3 weeks). Eglinton Veterinary Facilities almost killed my dog and still charge me almost $4000!!! The doctor there are arrogant and won't admit he did something wrong even he knows he did. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS THERE, it will just make the matter worse!!! I have gone through the hell with them and I don't want to anybody else goes throught the same thing like I did.

I went to this vet initially due to an eye splinter in one of my pups (it was closer than my normal vet and it was more of an emergency. The recepitionist (Melissa) told me I would have to wait until the afternoon as there were no appointments (although it was quite evident that there was an emergency situation with the dog). I said I would wait until the afternoon in the lobby area. After that I was in to see Dr. Bob Watson in 5 minutes. I was pretty happy with the attention and Clarity Bob gave regarding the situation and his follow up (This could have been due to me having three pups all under 2 years of age as well and the possibility of future business). The next time I visitted the clinic was due to my dog eating an entire sock and carpetting. When I took the dog in, it was clear that he was very sick. Again, I was told no appointments (although my dog was almost lifeless!). Again, I indicated I would sit and wait and was miraciously seen by Dr. Watson within 5 minutes.

I brought my cat in with a limp. The vet took an xray and I was told that there was nothing remarkable and he couldn't see any reason for the limping. A few months afterwards when my cat was brought to another clinic with something unrelated did that vet take an xray of the right body part and tell me my cat had severe arthritis in her knees which is why she was limping so badly. These guys are not the best.
