Their prices are not the lowest in the area, but the difference is definitely offset by the positive attitudes, follow-up, and time that the vets put in to make sure your cat gets the best care. VCA has helped me out more than once on short notice -- something other vets were unable or unwilling to do. Like any office, there are moments when things don't go perfectly, but I have to say I get more answers and more attention from the vets here than from most people doctors I've been to!
