A visit here takes FOREVER, the front desk is consistently rude (with a very few exceptions). Have had repeated problems with getting prescriptions called in and referrals done in a correct and/or timely fashion. The pricing is completely insane. They charged me $17 to give an injection....not for the drug but for actually physically sticking the needle in my dog. WTF? Was charged for a urine sample (I think it was around $30) that they inserted a catheter to get....which was completely unnecessary because if they had just taken my dog outside he would've marked everything liberally. In top of that the next day he had blood in his urine. Inexcusable service and unjustified fees.
