I gave Palmer Ranch several chances.
1. I took my dog to be groomed. I specifically said that I did NOT want the Anus Gland Expression. The groomer said, he did the full nose to tail including the Expression. I said again. Do not do the Expression. My poor dog was violated.
2. I needed to board my dog on short notice. Palmer Ranch was convenient. When I got my dog home, I noticed his tail drooping and he would actually growl if I went near it. So, I got my partner to help and I examined his tail. It looked like it had been caught in the cage door and some of the hair had been torn out. It could have been from my dog waging his tail and hitting the cage. Nobody told me. A vet did not even look at my dog when it happened. When I called, no one seemed to care and the person taking care of him, was defensive. They had to have seen it.
3.My cat had ear infection. The vet dug so far into her ear that he made her ear drum bleed.
NEVER trust your precious pets to these people!

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED PET HERE!!! Worst vet place I have ever went to in my life! they are clueless, heartless, lack of attention to your pet VERY POOR CARE!!!! I wish I would of gone someplace else who could give him attention ..... instead he died.... he was my child!

Staff are always friendly and the place is clean. Doctors are great and compasionate.
