Click to report rating    9/19/10   5     5     5     5   I having been taking my dogs to Dogs Only for several years now. I have always been very happy with their service. When I walk in the door I am always greeted by name. My dogs really enjoy their visits to the vet and the free nail trims are a plus! The staff is very friendly. I've gotten to know the staff pretty well too. I know at some vets it seems like the staff is different every time you go but not at dogs only. Their monthly email reminders are also very helpful. One of my dogs is also on special food and they always have it in stock whenever I have needed it. I also think its great that they work with rescues and the shelter. RID: 19815
Click to report rating    6/13/07   1     3     1     1   After arriving for my appointment early, as asked, I continued to wait with my dog (who gets very stressed out) for an hour before we were seen by Dr. Prescott. Dr. Prescott, I'm sure is a very accomplished and knowlegable vet, but she is not someone that I feel comfortable taking my beloved 11 year old dog to again. She was rude, loud, abnoxious. She talked down to my husband and I and was very rough with my dog. We came into her office for a "free" introductory visit and ended up paying $125. She wanted to biopsy a bump "that concerned her" that my regular vet diagnosed as a "dog zit" almost instantly. She is VERY expensive and charges astronomical prices for meds. My vet told me that her business has actually improved since Dr. Prescott opened her practice because people go to her and can't stand her. I found the whole experience to be uncomfortable and I felt ripped off. RID: 4528
