All this clinic cares about in the bottom dollar. I have never gone there and walked out with less than a $350 bill. They upsell everything from tick/flea/heartworm medication to unnecessary blood work. And if you don't get it from them they make you feel like a jerk. In one breath they say your pet looks great and is healthy and in the next they say they need to be on this medication or that medication. Not a bad vet if money is not an issue.

I have used DR. Frye for my frogs, very helpful and reasonably priced. Willing to spend time to talk about issues, all around good experience.

I'm very impressed with Dr Frye and his staff. As first-time clients, we arrived with a desperately ill kitty and were welcomed and tended to immediately, even though we had no appointment. Dr Frye was extremely informative, helpful, and spent much time with us. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I have owned pets and have had experience with many different vets over the last 30 years. Overpriced on all "basic" services that I compared by $4 to $20. Charges a "waste disposal fee" on each service of $.98 (never seen this before from any vet). All the "over-charges" added up to over $50 on a bill that was about $330. This office will not allow you to order prescriptions online to get a better price. My dog's meds cost almost twice as much at this vet's office than they do online. Dr. Frye was knowledgeable and friendly. There was one staff member who was unhelpful and unprofessional on the phone: customer service was poor. If money is not an issue, I would recommend this vet.

I really like Dr. Frye and his staff. I have 3 kids, I mean mini dachshunds, and I trust him with all their health care needs. He is always willing to talk WITH you, not TO you and come up with a solution that satisfies everyone. He is very professional and very educated about current concerns as well as the local concerns. He has performed a total of 5 surgeries on my 3 dogs and they come bouncing out the door like nothing ever happened. I would highly recommend Dr. Frye and Milan Area Animal Hospital if you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, but fun vet that always has your pet's health first and foremost in his mind.

I had a wonderful experience having my cat spayed and declawed using a laser. I felt that she was the most important animal in the clinic to them. I took her back for a follow up because I was concerned and they said any time I had a question regarding this surgery to bring her in. Binzee healed quickly. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Frye and his staff.
